With your inspiration as our guide, we’ll explore a dynamic floral narrative allowing the natural beauty of the materials to inform the design.

Exfolia Botanical went above and beyond for my wedding flowers. I had a very specific vision in mind, everything was flawless and exceeded my expectations. We absolutely LOVED working with Cassie and her team at Exfolia Botanical for our wedding in July 2023. I also love going to the shop for gifts and flowers any old time. Services include wedding and event floristry, brand activations, editorial styling, set design, residential and corporate account relationships.

FULL SERVICE

We’ll create a detailed mood board with your custom color palette, thoughtfully selected floral varieties, and a design style that aligns seamlessly with your vision. Our team of floral experts will then handle all aspects of delivery and setup, ensuring that everything is arranged to perfection on your special day.

We currently have an $8,000 minimum for full service weddings and events.

A LA CARTE

We offer you a ‘per piece’ price list. You select a color palette and quantities. Then choose pick-up, delivery, or delivery with setup. You’ll receive a mini-moodboard illustrating the vibe and important details.

In the week leading up to your wedding, we’ll select the freshest, most exquisite botanicals to create stunning designs for your celebration.

Let's work together to celebrate your brand's style! We create tailored designs for small or large events and offer weekly and biweekly floral displays to enhance the guest experience in your retail space.

Editorial and Set Design

We love collaborating with photographers, artists and experience makers! We bring the floral element to your artistic vision as seen through the lens of a camera and the eyes of your audience.

If you love our style, then we ask you for your trust in us. We are creatives that have chosen flowers as our medium, we’d love to show you what they can do and have some fun along the way!

Please keep in mind that flowers are planted, grown, harvested, packaged, shipped, distributed, stored, selected, conditioned, arranged, delivered, installed by humans. We all do our best to get the best product for you but we source our ingredients from a natural environment, the earth, and she can be unpredictable!

The lowest impact on the earth and highest quality floral is what is in season. If you love and want spring flowers like peonies and tulips, we recommend you plan your event for April or May!! If you must have dahlias, August is peak season!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • For Full Service Custom Weddings or Events:

    • We get the numbers out of the way first! Once we have a good understanding of your floral ideas, style, and the size of the event, we send an itemized price estimate.

    • When financials are in a comfortable place, we secure the date with a 25% deposit and move into a thoughtfully approached mood board that includes color palette, floral samples, and the design style tailored to your vision. We include all of the discussed details in your final contract to ensure clear, seamless communication.

    • From here you will sign the contract and send another 25% toward the final cost. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your event.

    • Delivery and setup are managed by our team of floral magicians.

    • We also offer a ‘strike’, or de-install option so you can enjoy where the night takes you next! De-install means that we come back at the end of your event to collect floral material, vessels, mechanics, structures and clean up any floral materials. In consideration of our earth, we salvage any floral mechanics and either donate or compost the floral!

    If you need time to think about it, we are happy to release the mood board for a $100 fee that will go toward the final cost once you decide to confirm!

  • For A La Carte Weddings or Events:

    • We offer you a ‘per piece’ price list. You select a color palette and quantities. Then choose pick-up, delivery, or delivery with setup. You’ll receive a mini-moodboard illustrating the vibe and important details.

    • In the week leading up to your wedding, we’ll handpick the freshest, most exquisite botanicals to create stunning designs for your celebration.
